Payment methods and conditions

Online with credit/debit card, through Stripe platform, required in order to confirm your booking, after the approval, within 48 hours and anyway within half the time remaining before the booked experience.

Cancellation/modification policy

Cancellation

The payment is non-refundable.

However, if for any reason the winery cannot receive you on the agreed-upon date and time, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

Change to the number of people

If you request to decrease the number of paying people, you will get no refund.

You can request to add more people and pay their parts, but you cannot add more adults if less than 2 calendar days are left.
