  • MICROCLIMATE: Rainy winters with moderate temperatures, and dry hot summers.
  • SOIL: Medium texture soil with a tendency to compact, interspersed with limy tufa.
  • YIELD PER HECTARE: 8 tons.
  • CULTIVATION SYSTEM: Espalier.
  • PLANTING DENSITY: 4.000 - 5.000 plants per hectare.
  • HARVEST PERIOD: Early September.
  • VINIFICATION: In red with maceration on skins.
