The name is of arabic origin, and was used to indicate the city of Licodia Eubea. Kudyah is the first wine born in the cantina’s of Terre di Giurfo. Pure and refined in stainless-steel,Kudyah emanates the characteristics of the Nero d’Avola grapes, evidencing its’ noble and well equilibrated qualities.

  • TASTE: Full bodied, velvety, fairly tannic and harmonic.
  • SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 - 22°C.
  • FOOD TOPAIR WITH: Red meats, roasts, braised meats and seasoned cheeses served slightly cold, it can be paired with meaty fish dishes as well.
